Housing Supports

Central Intake is a City-operated, 24/7 telephone-based service that offers referrals to emergency shelter and other overnight accommodation, as well as information about other homelessness services. Shelters in Toronto can only be accessed via Central Intake.

Covenant House is the largest agency in Canada serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk.

Strides Toronto provides a wide range of exceptional programs and services to help our clients and their families achieve their personal best.

LOFT provides mental health services, addictions support, and supportive housing for youth, adults, and seniors in Ontario.

Youth can accesstransitional housing support through the Native Youth Resource Centre.

This program supports Indigenous youth (ages16 to 24) in their transition from the child welfare system. Youth in Transition Workers (YITW) assist youth in navigating systems, creating community connections, and accessing independent housing.

Delta Family Resource Centre is a community organization with a wide range of programs serving priority neighborhoods in Northwest Toronto.

Supporting our Youth addresses 2SLGBTQ+ youth homelessness through stable housing, a connection to community, and one-on-one support. They provide rent-geard-to-income units of housing to youth 27 years old and under, as well as support with navigating income, education, employment, immigration, and health and wellness.

The Pape Adolescent Resource Centre (PARC) provides programming, supports and access to resources to assist youth ages 16-29 years of age transitioning to independent living.
